Nomura’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Group in New York is responsible for identifying, assessing, structuring and executing a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, valuations and corporate restructurings across a wide range of industries.

The New York M&A Group provides financial and strategic advice and assists clients in achieving their short-term and long-term objectives by leveraging the Nomura Group’s strong Japanese and Asian franchise and presence. The team works closely with Nomura’s Investment Banking counterparts in Asia and Europe to provide custom-tailored strategic advisory services for all clients.
