Recruitment process

We have a tailor-made graduate recruitment process for each of our business areas.
In general, here's how it works:

  1. Online applications open
  2. Screening
Applications are screened according to academic qualifications, work experience, language proficiencies, extra curriculum activities and other awards or achievements. If your application meets our selection criteria you will be invited to participate in a phone or face-to-face interview.
  3. First round interviews
If you reach the first round interview stage you will receive an email that will invite you to participate in a phone or face-to-face interview  The interview is an opportunity for you to tell us why you think you are suitable for the position you have applied for. The interviewers will ask you a number of competency based questions.
  4. Final round interviews
If you perform well in the first round you will be invited to participate in final round interviews. Depending on where you are located the interviews will be either phone, VC or face-to-face. Final round interviews are competency-based interviews conducted by senior members of the business area you applied for. As part of the final round you may also be expected to undertake a case study. Please note that this assessment is only for investment banking applications.
  5. Employment offer
If successful following the final round interviews you will receive a verbal offer followed by a written offer.
