What Role Might You Play?

• Deal Execution:  Working closely with clients and execution teams (lawyers, accountants, consultants, and bankers) on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings and restructurings.
• Client Relationship Management:  Generating and presenting ideas at client meetings alongside senior bankers.
• Strategic Analysis:  Supporting transactions and client presentations with financial, structural and business risk analysis.
