What's involved?
Once you've completed the initial training program, you'll have an excellent introduction to the firm. Next, you'll learn valuable, hands-on skills such as valuation, pricing and structuring. The emphasis here is on practical application - we'll make sure that you quickly develop the technical proficiency and strong business skills you'll need to thrive in this fast-moving market environment. And, throughout your development, you'll be supported by a buddy, a mentor and our dedicated program management team.
Sales: You'll learn the skills needed to develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, hedge funds, insurance companies and others.
Trading: You'll buy and sell securities in the secondary market on behalf of clients or the firm, taking responsibility for market making and capital commitment.
Research: You'll collect, analyze and assess industry and company information, providing keen market insight and impressive investment ideas for institutional investors and internal clients.
Structuring: You'll develop expertise in designing and developing innovative products and strategies tailored to specific client needs.
What will I need?
You can apply for an Analyst position if you have or expect a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline. Fluency in a second language as well as English would also be beneficial.
For an Associate role, you must have or be completing an MBA, and have at least three years' relevant work experience.
