Investment banking
If it's the challenge and excitement of investment banking that drives you, then this is the route for you. It's a full-time program, beginning with orientation and global training in one of our regional headquarters. By the time you have finished, you'll have all the functional skills, technical knowledge and tools you'll need for an influential career.
What's involved?
Our program is designed to give you everything you need to join the front rank of global investment bankers. You'll begin with an intensive, 6-week development program, which covers accounting, modeling, valuation and deal structuring together with essential client skills. You'll find that the emphasis is on practical application - this way you can expect to make an immediate impact. And, throughout your development, you'll be supported by a buddy, a mentor, and our dedicated program management team.
Deal execution: You'll work closely with clients and execution teams (lawyers, accountants, consultants and bankers) on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings and restructurings.
Client relationship management: We want to see you generating and presenting ideas at client meetings alongside senior bankers.
Strategic analysis: We'll train you to produce financial, structural and business risk analysis to support transactions and client presentations.
What will I need?
You can apply for an Analyst position if you have or expect a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline. Fluency in at least one Asian language, as well as English would also be beneficial.
For an Associate role, you must have or be completing an MBA, and have at least three years' relevant work experience.
