In Europe our aim is to interact with our local communities through support for a wide range of artistic, educational, sporting and other activities.

We promote and encourage our employees to give their time and energy to charities. Nomura takes pride in sponsoring and organising fund-raising activities. As part of our commitment to building strong relationships with communities, Nomura operates two schemes. Under the Matched Giving scheme, we will match pound for pound contributions (up to £500 per annum) to registered UK charities. The Give As You Earn scheme allows regular or one-off donations.
