Operations

The Operations Department role is to support the activities of the trading, Sales and Investment banking business of the company.

Its primary responsibility is the processing, control and settlement of the firms transactions, with a focus on high levels of Straight Through Processing (STP) and high levels of control and client service. The Operations Department is made up of specialist teams providing services both to internal and external clients.

As part of the Global IT & Operations Division, we work closely with our colleagues in Tokyo, New York and Hong Kong as well as supporting a network of continental European offices.
