Like the sound of a banking career with Nomura? If so, fill in our online application form by clicking on the icon above. Once complete, you’ll need to take a numerical reasoning test. We recommend that you take some time to practice these tests by clicking on this link and following the instructions.
The application form is a really good chance to make a good first impression on us. The following five tips should help you fill out the form:
- Make sure you’re applying for the correct business area, and you’re clear why you are applying for this area.
- Don’t cut and paste standard answers you may be using for other forms. Try and tailor your answers.
- Check your grammar and spelling carefully before you submit the form.
- Take your time with questions – we recommend you print out a copy and think through your answers before filling it in online.
- Print another copy of your form once you have finished so you can remember your answers if you’re asked to come in for an interview.
Our Recruitment Process
We have tailormade graduate recruitment processes for each of our business areas. In general, here’s how it works:
- Candidates fill in an online application form and sit a numerical reasoning test online.
- Successful applicants have a telephone screening interview
- We have a full round of interviews and other exercises at our assessment day. The interviewers and assessors will be members of the business unit you’ve applied to. You’ll also be able to tour the building and meet recent graduates.
- We’ll let successful candidates know within seven days of the assessment day.
