What role might you play?

Deal execution:  Working closely with clients and execution teams (lawyers, accountants, consultants and bankers) on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings and restructurings.

Client relationship management:  Generating and presenting ideas at client meetings alongside senior bankers.

Strategic analysis:  Supporting transactions and client presentations with financial, structural and business risk analysis.
