Small is definitely beautiful
At Nomura, you’ll find our induction and training programme a lot less regimented than other banks. After all, each of us is different, with different strengths and weaknesses. We believe it makes sense to build practical and classroom-based training around you and the needs of the business – not shoe-horn you into a one-size fits all programme. When you join us you’ll be assigned a ‘buddy’ to help you on a day-to-day basis and a mentor from senior management who will follow and help shape your career with us. It doesn’t stop there. Working in smaller teams means from the day you arrive you’ll get more individual attention, more hands-on experience, and more opportunities to shine.
