Finance – Summer Analyst Program

This European summer analyst program is a ten-week program for students in their penultimate year. As a summer analyst, you will be trained, placed in a business and encouraged to develop your skills. We will give you the opportunity to see how our Finance division functions and the role it plays in our business as a whole.

You will take on responsibility from day one, building strong working relationships and facing challenges as a full member of the team. As you progress in your placement, you will have the opportunity to take on extra responsibility, which will help you gain knowledge and experience, which will be vital to your career.

What's involved?
Finance plays a pivotal role in our business and you will help our division provide expert and timely advice throughout all banking divisions.

As well as a wide exposure to Nomura and on-the-job experience, you will receive structured training to help you get the most out of your placement, a buddy and a mentor assigned to you. They will be there to give you advice and guidance, as well as answer any questions you have regarding your career development. 

If you perform strongly in your role, we will also extend you an offer for full-time employment to join us a year later.
