Investment Banking – Summer Associate Program

This program is your chance to experience our culture, create new networks and gain valuable on-the-job training. It's also an opportunity to see for yourself the possibilities of a career in investment banking.

You might experience a number of different areas. Join the deal execution team, and you'll work closely with lawyers, accountants and bankers on mandated transactions, including M&As, capital raisings and restructurings. In client relationship management, you could be generating ideas and presenting them directly to clients alongside senior bankers. If you find yourself in strategic analysis, you might be conducting financial and structural analysis to support transactions.

The process

As a Summer Associate, you can expect the same level of exposure as your first-year counterpart. Working as a full member of the team, we'll expect you to form effective working relationships and show a commitment to our goals and values.

Feedback

During the course of the program, you'll benefit from regular interaction with a buddy and with senior mentors, all of whom will provide valuable feedback on your performance.
