Insight - Women's Immersion Program

The Women's Immersion Program provides highly talented female candidates with a unique window into the exciting opportunities at a global investment bank. It's a short, intensive program that offers first-hand exposure to our investment banking, global markets and corporate infrastructure divisions.

What's involved?

You'll gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of investment banking and experience work in a fast-paced environment. You'll meet new people and be able to start developing a network for career information and support.

The program takes place for two weeks over the Easter period and is aimed at talented and ambitious first year (or second year in a four-year course) university students. You'll need a track record of initiative, leadership and teamwork. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite, while a second European language is advantageous.
