Testimonials from Women’s Immersion interns

“I was very impressed with the internship program at Nomura. It was great to get the experience working on the desk combined with the talks and presentations. Especially as other banks do not offer the opportunity to work on desks during their spring  programs.”

“The program was excellent. The mix of on-the-desk experience, presentations about the bank and the industry was perfect!”

“The chance to work on a desk is, in my opinion, what makes the internship such an experience.”

“Most spring internships last only one week. The fact Nomura's is longer gives you the chance to learn much more.”
