MTN - Issuing Agent

NBL’s role as Issuing Agent under an MTN programme is to receive the relevant agreements and to take issuance instructions from the issuer or its dealers for the issue and purchase of Book-Entry Notes which will be represented by a global note. Security identification codes will be attributed to each note and the cash received from the participants’ purchasing notes will be credited to the issuer’s account on NBL’s books.
