Asset Finance focuses on real estate, leisure, utilities, infrastructure and products such as sale and leaseback, while also providing solutions for Structured Finance transactions (corporate securitisation, CMBS, RMBS and CDO), restructurings and the purchase/financing of operating businesses. The team has access to significant balance sheet capital which is used to provide "One-Stop-Shop" solutions to clients through both debt and equity funding across a wide range of transaction types.

We have excellent refinancing capabilities through in-house syndication, securitisation and as long-term holders of equity and mezzanine positions. Our multi-faceted capabilities provide clients with the most efficient overall solution offering a more streamlined process due to the involvement of a minimum number of counterparties.
