Our new service for clients was introduced in July 2004. Within 6 months, the team had completed a series of debt financings totalling more than US$555 million.

The team's rapid success resulted in Nomura reaching 11th position for cross-border issuance by the end of 2004 with major transactions for Unibanco, Toyota, Rabobank NV and GECC.
