Equity Syndicate

Equity syndicate is the focal point of our equity origination effort. Working in partnership with investment banking, sales and trading, we launch new equity issues for corporate and institutional clients.

The team evaluates market receptivity, timing and pricing of equity capital markets deals based on a proactive dialogue with institutional investors. This includes straight equity, equity-linked and equity derivative transactions for investment banking and equities clients.

We then drive the execution of new issues with respect to the structuring, marketing, bookbuilding, pricing and aftermarket trading of these deals. We are also responsible for managing risk and formulating a distribution strategy on all equity offerings.

Equity syndicate is a global business and provides origination products to our corporate and institutional clients across different regions exploiting cross-border opportunities.
