NX

NX is Nomura’s global dark crossing platform, providing strategy based and point in time crossing services.  In Europe, NX will be launched in January 2010 as a Multi-lateral Trading Facility (MTF), regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority.

NX will be Europe’s first principal broker dealer MTF dark pool, featuring unique anti gaming controls, the first well formed market checks in a dark MTF, and the first dark MTF seeded with existing liquidity from Nomura's equities franchise as opposed to funding from external sources.

Access to NX is available via Nomura’s SmartDMA and ModelEx algorithm services, as well as via direct access.
