Our debt offering includes innovative debt and risk solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and government clients, including government guaranteed bonds, covered bonds, hybrid and structured debt solutions and private placements for clients around the world.

Nomura's debt capital markets business was built on providing super-sovereign issuers with access to Asian markets and we have a dedicated team to cover these clients. 

The acquisition of Lehman Brothers' European debt franchise has added complimentary expertise, particularly in the financial institution's sector, and we have a specialist financial institutions group to build on this strength.
