Russell PullanRussell has twenty years' of international experience as a venture capitalist, successful entrepreneur and developer of technology and environment-related businesses. Prior to joining Nomura, Russell was the head of Venture Capital for Carbon Trust, the UK's leading low-carbon investor.

Russell's early focus on investment in clean energy and environmental technologies began in Asia. Since then his international investments and solid track record has led him to be considered a pioneer in the rapidly growing sector of cleantech venture capital.

Russell is an elected member of the Young Presidents Organization, CalSTRS Cleantech Advisory Board, Global Cleantech Innovation Council, and the UK All-Party Parliamentary Environment Group.

Russell has a HonorsBSc from Canada and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Russell represents New Energy & Clean Technology Ventures on the boards of SpectraSensors and Sub-One.

Guillaume joined the leveraged finance team of Nomura in January 2008 and moved to New Energy & Clean Technology Ventures in May 2008. Prior to joining Nomura, Guillaume was an investment professional at Duke Street Capital, a leading European mid-market private equity fund with €2 billion under management, based in Paris. Prior to Duke Street, Guillaume was financial and management controller of the technical department of Orange Belgium, based in Brussels.

Guillaume is an observer on the boards of SpectraSensors and Novinium.

Pierre joined Nomura in August 2008. Previously, Pierre was an investment professional at Atlas Ventures, a $2.8 billion global venture capital fund where he focused on early and growth stage investments in technology, new media, telecom and clean energy. Prior to Atlas, Pierre was an investment banking analyst in the Telecom Media Technology team of Jefferies International based in London.

Pierre is an observer on the boards of DeepFlex and Sub-One.

Isabel has close to twenty years experience in administration and office management for a variety of private equity firms. She is responsible for New Energy & Clean Technology Ventures' office administration and support. Prior to joining Nomura, Isabel worked for the Chairman of Dawnay Day Corporate Finance in London. She has successfully completed courses with the British Venture Capital Association.
