How we work

Phase4 Ventures invests in companies alongside other experienced investors who share similar values. The team, in conjunction with expert industry advisors, adopts a focused in-depth due diligence approach to investing. This approach focuses not only on the science but also the commercial, strategic and financial elements of a business. Phase4 Ventures works with management to develop their businesses often investing at a critical juncture in the corporate development.

As active investors we seek representation on the Board of Directors. This seat is usually held by one of our industry advisors who will provide guidance and support, drawing on their deep knowledge of the sector.
