Our focus

Phase4 Ventures invests in emerging healthcare companies. The focus is on companies with products that address unmet medical needs, especially those that are in, or are about to enter, human clinical trials. The team typically invests between $10 and $25 million initially with the potential of up to $40 million over the life of the investment. Generally, the investee companies are in the second or third institutional financing rounds.

Phase4 Ventures believes in companies that are based on defendable intellectual property, have a proven business model and are managed by entrepreneurs who are both experts in their fields as well as seasoned business people. Phase4 Ventures seeks experienced management teams that have the breadth of skills necessary to cover all aspects of the business.
