Transfer Agent

The main duty of Transfer Agent is to manage the shareholders’ registrars, i.e. records of subscription, redemption, transfer, dividend distribution, for which NBL can also offer a front office access to our systems for automated download from Japan.

This also comprises sending monthly confirmations of holdings to the shareholders as well as publishing NAV prices to external providers, such as newspapers, websites and stock exchanges.

Lastly, as part of the source department for any contractual agreement, Transfer Agent ensures preparation and payment control of all funds’ fees to all related business counterparts.
