Richard Bisson

Richard Bisson Director and Head of Cross-Atlantic Investment (NAM-UK)

Working out of our London office, Richard is responsible for overseeing European and North American investment and strategies. He manages a team of 25 portfolio managers and research analysts who are located in our London and New York offices. Richard joined the investment trust side of NAM in 1994 as CIO of our European operation, and remained head of European investment after the merger with the institutional division in 1997. Prior to joining, he worked as Assistant Director of Investment in charge of Continental Europe at Lombard Odier (UK), Ltd. He began his career in 1983 as a Graduate Trainee with James Capel Fund Manager, Ltd., where he worked for ten years and eventually became Director and Head of European Investments. Richard holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University, UK.
