Automatic Login 
A feature called "AutoComplete" allows your machine to remember your login ID and password. 
AutoComplete uses a "cookie" to store your login details on your local hard drive.

If you request any changes to your login ID or the categories that you access, please ensure you 
log out and log back in to the Nomura Global Research Portal to activate these changes.

If the pages you are looking at appear to be out of date, try the following:

Select Tools, Internet Options...
Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files...
Then refresh the page
