When you provide your personal details to Nomura International plc (“Nomura”) on this form, the Corporate Events team at Nomura

• shall process that information for the purpose of your registration for the Volatility of the World presentation and to contact you with information relating to the event. 
• shall process that information in accordance with the Nomura Group Privacy Statement EMEA and the Nomura terms of business with your organization, including the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection legislation, under which you have rights to request information from us or to require us to delete your information which you can exercise by contacting privacy@nomura.com. 
• may share that information with the venue or other third parties who are involved in the administration of the event and with other third parties and/or Nomura group companies subject to appropriate contractual protections in respect of that personal data. 
• may take photos or film of the event, which it will retain for the purposes of a record of the event and may be used in Nomura’s press releases, printed or digital publicity and published on our intranet/social media.

**In the event the seminar or dinner are oversubscribed, preference will be given to clients attending both days of the conference.
