Hotel Information
Nomura has reserved a number of bedrooms for the nights of Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 March 2012 at the negotiated room rate of €210 for single or €230 for double accommodation, per room plus tax per night. We have also reserved a limited number of bedrooms for the nights of Friday 23 and Saturday 24 March should you wish to stay on for the weekend, at the same rate. All rooms are subject to availability. Please book your accommodation directly with the hotel using the attached request form. Please ensure you have submitted your final hotel requirements no later than Friday 24 February 2012. Please note: Rooms cancelled after Friday, 24 February 2012, will be subject to 100% cancellation penalties for the full duration of the booking, unless the hotel is able to resell the room. Can you please additionally notify us of all your accommodation requirements through the online conference registration form.
Travelling from the airport to the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese
The transfer from both international airports will take approximately 40 minutes. Taxis are readily available in front of the arrivals hall.

In order to facilitate the timely reimbursement of the expenses you incur during your trip, please retain all receipts for your T&E claim. Submit a T&E for only those expenses incurred at the Global Chemical Industry Leaders Conference.
