The Client Services Group (CSG) is our client facing division within the Operations Group. The Group's primary responsibility is to provide market-leading operations performance while reacting promptly and effectively to the dynamic requirements of our diverse client base.

We are also responsible for direct client relationships, responding to client enquiries on a daily basis. Our initiatives to build, develop and improve our client relationships are progressive and subject to constant review to maintain and enhance our service levels. We conduct regular forums with our clients to ensure that these service levels are met, and use these opportunities to measure interest in planned new initiatives, enabling us to deliver tailored services to match client requirements.
